At the very least, Don Lemon should have a Civil Suit filed against him. All of the demonstrators and Lemon were trespassing. How would you like someone to come into your business and protest. If they are talking about freedom of speech, they should be demonstrating outside, not on someone’s property. And, the minister should sue Don Lemon for disrupting services—it will undoubtedly cause a decline in attendance
When I first saw the news account of the church invasion, I got really pissed off that such an event could happen. But after thinking about it, I got even more pissed off — by the passive reaction of the church members. Church members tried to engage the protestors with “talk.” Obviously, that didn’t work. What they should have done was given them 30 seconds to get the hell out, or face a torrent of pepper spray and/or tazers. As far as the arrogant loudmouth with the phone, he would look funny trying to extract that phone from his mouth.
Don Lemon should be arrested and punished accordingly. Just who do these people think they are. Something absolutely needs to be done with those who believe they are untouchable and above the law.
Not only is he in violation of the FACE and Ku Klux Klan acts but he specifically targeted WHITE PEOPLE in his loss of judgement, which is a civil rights violation if I’m not mistaken…
