I would bet you that if anyone would dig deep enough into this fraud, you will find many in our country are a big part of this fraud. Our country is one of the most dishonest, greedy in the world. The rich in our Congress, most of them, government administrators, many millions in control of programs are all complicit in this scheme. Of course, no one will ever be outed they have too much control over the people. I won’t hold my breath until anything is done.
