I used to make deliveries to different bases and the first question asked is “Do you have a gun with you or in your vehicle”? The attacks I have read about is a service man who went off the deep end and started shooting other service me. One service man was told to turn his gun in due to a mental condition and he killed 3 people before he was stopped. Enforce the laws both on and off the bases.
