Medical cannabis helps many patients and it helps cancer patients with nausea when getting chemotherapy. I don’t believe it should be legalized because people will abuse it and drive high. We have enough deaths from drunk driving.
As it is the Police catch drivers under the influence of Drugs all the time. High Drivers on Pot usually are driving just like those Texting, which is Under the Posted Limit impeding those behind them by driving 10 or more MPH under the Posted Limit. They face the exact same fines and loss of license as those caught Drinking and Driving. Ive never seen the numbers for High Drivers causing Wrecks as compared to Drunk Drivers but I’m pretty sure they are no where close to each other.
