Why aren’t AOC, Sanders,Waters, James, Scummy, PIGlosi, Kim, Sherrill, Warren, Omar, etc. being charged?

Instead of using straight Domestic Terrorism Charges which carry a Maximum Sentence of 20 years unless a Murder Charge is included the Federal Government needs to hit each and every ANTIFA member with a RICO Act charge. As long as just 1 member of ANTIFA committed 2 or more of the roughly 20 charges shown or of the over 100 the Government won’t show the entire ANTIFA Organization can Immediately be arrested and held without being charged for 5 years under RICO. But the best thing about RICO is the Mandatory 25 to Life Sentence using RICO carries. Sure a 20 year sentence sounds good but its actually only a 5 to 7 year sentence once Good Time and Time Served gets added. RICO means your 25 year sentence begins after the Trial and at Sentencing. Plus with a 25 to Life Sentence they must serve at least the 25 years before they are even eligible for Parole. I pray the Justice Department hits ANTIFA under the RICO Act so we can have the Federal Marshall’s begin to arrest them on sight. Even those who aid them can be arrested meaning that if a ANTIFA member is still living with Mommy and Daddy they get charged as Domestic Terrorists and immediately forfeit their bank accounts and properties. I cant wait to see them Crying in Courtrooms around this Great Nation. Just think how Happy Bubba is going to be when a ANTIFA member becomes his New Playtoy in his Cell.
