Perhaps the Justice is mentally disabled but most Black people are NOT. If they live in a loving and encouraging atmosphere filled with self respect and hope, if they go to schools that encourages them and does say stupid stuff, (I.e. you aren’t smart enough to be an achiever) then they are as capable as any White person. I’ll bet given a chance Ms. Brown would take her words back and slap herself along side the head for sounding so condescending.
How can Katanji Brown know that Black voters are disabled when she can’t even define what a woman is?
