I agree the constitution should be amended to limit “birth right” 1) give the children the birth right and extradition of their parents to their home country and Planned Parenthood takes care of the children or childless couples adopt the child without paying any fees – free adoption, 2) the child can not claim citizenship until of legal age of 21 when he/she has the legal right to make that decision until reaching legal age they are the same citizenship as their parents.
