This is not a new problem. In 1965 when I was 20 I interned in inner-city pharmacies in Detroit, MI. Poor Blacks, poor Whites and anyone who was on Welfare used their ADC money on junk food, tobacco and alcohol while they waited for their prescriptions. In the 1980’s when I was a physician nothing had changed except that I was in Philadelphia, PA and worked in the hospitals. Government created the Welfare State for their own Power, Wealth, & Control. America keeps them in power. Shame on US for that..

Paul Walczak withheld $10M his employee taxes, used $2M of it to buy a yacht and Trmp pardoned him after his Mom went to Mar-a-Lago with a “donation.” The pardon includes that Walczak does not have to pay back the money he stole. That is a free yacht and $10M of TAXPAYER funds.
