What you need is more parents who give a shit about how their children are raised
It’s so tragic & disappointing. Clearly the parents failed to do their part raising good, normal, well-adjusted, civilized kids. It can’t be left to bus drivers, police, school teachers, camp staff or anyone else outside of the family. Maybe the federal gov should mandate parenting classes linked to EBT, WIC and welfare.
