And licensed drivers are supposed to be trained to not block traffic and to not move when pedestrians are in the road. And did you hear and see the arrogance and disrespect coming from those women? When her car hit him even if it hit the cell phone first, it would have spun him around to his left. The first shot was head on. The next two were as he was spinning to his left. His right hand would have come up even with the driver side window. The second shot would have gone in through side the window. This sequence did not happen in stop motion photography. It happened i split seconds.

Richard – the bad accident that the agent went through should not have influenced what he did. It is called training. If he’d been vetted properly he probably would not be in that job. He was angry and he panicked.
She didn’t stop because her car’s back door was being grabbled open by a different agent. She was told two different commands. She panicked. But that is just my assessment.
What is missing here is a fair vetting of the event. The FBI had the answer – not guilty – before the facts shown by more videos of the event were even in!
