The Russians and ChiComs have been taking notes on our military actions in Venezuela and now Iran about how we operate. We also have been taking notes on how THEY operate and have been able to defeat most of their high-tech AAD systems. The war in Ukraine has been useful to Western allies to study the capabilities and failures of Russian-made equipment and tactics in combat. They are still dangerous adversaries, so the U.S. needs to keep ahead of them in technology and tactics.
