Arrest and deportation are not the answer. In cost a lot of money to house, feed, and cloth prison inmates. Plus, there’s the cost of paying for their cable TV. Deportation involves the cost of the air fare or ship fare. It’s much cheaper to get a rope, an oak tree, and a horse can always be rented for an hour.
