When they start to remove illegal people, the other illegals don’t go outside or move around as much as normally for fear of being caught and sent back home. This is a huge relief for traffic. Not as many people out driving on the same roads mean less traffic. There’s several million illegals in CA alone. Imagine if millions of cars were no longer on the road or butts using public transportation seats.
