A lot of this is just NY, but I get where he’s coming. Haven’t been there in about two decades and it was typical ridiculous to get anywhere on time. This mayor was elected and everyone with an active brain cell knew what was going to happen. At this point all the citizens of NY can do is buckle up for the ride and hope for the best.
