Amazing how stupid Chicago officials are. Parents can be held and charged for a child’s crimes. Consider Robert Crumbly who killed 4 students in his high school in Michigan. His parents James and Jennifer are in prison on manslaughter. They were charged for their son’s crimes so there is precedence. Perhaps this should be a referendum item so Chicago folks can vote since the eunuchs on the Chicago city council won’t.
