We have a community food bank and we also have a mission that gives out free meals. What I do see is black women having multiple kids from multiple men without any support from them. Or, do they? They will raise their children the same way as they are and welfare will carry on to the next generation. All she has to say is I don’t know who the father is and she gets free money. It’s called milking the system. They don’t care if it’s taxpayer money.
