I’m reading all this stuff about impeaching activist judges but there’s at least 3 on the Supreme Court that are nothing but DEI hires and are totally unqualified to be on any court. They should also be fired.

This has been a very clever strategy of Democrats for decades is to pack Federal courts with ‘their’ judges. Democrats have been playing chess while naïve Republicans have been playing ‘statesmanship’ checkers. Democrats shrewdly realized that they could still control political outcomes when they were out of power by running to the courts with ‘their’ judges to block, overturn or shutdown Republican initiatives. This strategy has become especially useful with the coming of Donald J. Trump and his MAGA agenda. The old Republican Senate policy of ‘go-along-to-get-along’ by voting to approve these radical judges played right into Democrat hands. Republicans can’t play by the old rules of ‘statesmanship’ anymore with this ‘New’ Democrat Party because they are Communists. You have to fight them, not appease them.
Wilddog, I agree. The 3 DEI hires need to be removed from the SCOTUS. If they aren’t, we’ll be stuck with them until they croak, which could be a long time. District judges are out of order because they have no jurisdiction over federal policies.
