It depends on who the colored person is? If it was Thomas Sowell, Herman Cain, Walter Williams, Ken Hamblin, Ben Carson, Allen West, Candace Owens, Larry Elder, Shelby Steele and many others, they are very Intelligent and Awesome people and have positively accomplished quite a bit in their lives and should be rewarded. I cannot say much for a lot of the others though.
