All they heard was “free” and “tax the rich.” Here’s a lesson they ALL should’ve learned themselves. or at least from their parents’ lessons. NOTHING IS FREE! Someone is going to pay one way or another. It’s the rich who own the businesses that provide the jobs, not the poor. Stupid dummycrat people don’t believe in God, so they ignore the Bible verse, “it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle then it is for the rich to enter the kingdom of Heaven.” EVERYONE feels like they don’t have enough money and that includes the rich. Rich people are NOT going to give up their wealth or lifestyle. They’ll reduce business cost through layoffs or they may just move their business to another state. Some will just say the hell with it and shut the doors of the business and retire. All rich people also take FULL advantage of tax loopholes that are written into the tax code that middle and working-class poor people don’t qualify for. So, it the end it’s ALWAYS the middle and working-class poor who end up paying the excessive tax bills. Even the welfare crowd will get stuck through paying higher sales taxes. Anytime any politician says they’ll tax the rich, IT’S ALL 100% BULLSHIT!
I agree 100%; it’s a fundamental reality should be taught in schools.
My biggest concern is for people who cannot afford to leave NYC, people that may have lived there for generations. It’s heartbreaking.
It takes a strong middle class to support democracy. It doesn’t matter what policies are, I vote for leaders who put money back into our pockets because the more resources a person has, the more freedom they have.
