The data presented by the obese white woman is suspicious. I worked in healthcare for years, and I do not recall EVER seeing blacks or Latinos being LACTOSE intolerant, or with celiac disease. The interviewer is as obtuse. I know of three people who are Celiac Disease affected. Two of the three are Mother/daughter. This was after I retired . So, beware of these two and their data. HIGHLY suspicious data.
