All hat, no cowboy!!! She’s probably a coward and is just being a smart-ass to divert attention from her deficiencies. Bet they had to lower the standards just to get her in a uniform. Additionally, I doubt there is anything in the manual that says it acceptable to insult and offend the victim. I reasonably sure no one gave her the authority to make any “judgements” in this situation.
