This young girl might, hopefully, grow up and mature and see the error of her ways. There is a big difference between freedom of speech concerning government, and in the private sector. The govt. can’t stop you from speeking freely, but the company that you work for just might not like you reflecting on their business in a negative way. Therefore they have the right to fire you.
Start your company then you can say what you like and see if it survives. No one owes you a job.
And if you are a detriment to that company – well there’s the door.
