Sooo many jobs out there because people think they’re above the average wage. My dad got laid off back in 2008 and started pushing carts for Walmart because everything he applied for “he was over qualified for”. No one would hire him because they truly didn’t want him to take over… so he started pushing carts. It only lasted a few months before someone hired him for a job he was qualified for. He didn’t stop grinding. He passed away two years ago but he wasn’t too proud to help out his family in any way.
A word of advice: the next time you think about quitting your job because of a viral video, make sure you’ve made enough money to do it.
