20 years he’ll do maybe 10 and probably no more than 6 or 7. Start charging ANTIFA under the RICO Act and its a Automatic 25 to Life and they have to serve the 25 before their 1st chance at parole. Under RICO everyone even loosely connected to the group can be rounded up and held for up to 5 years before they see their 1st court date. There are about 20 listed Crimes and over 100 unlisted crimes they can be arrested for. The RICO Act just states that within the last 7 years they committed at least 2 of the Crimes listed. Back during the Summer of Love also known as the Floyd Riots im pretty sure everyone remembers ANTIFA tried to Burn Down a Police Building with Police Officers inside. The Act of Setting Fire to the Building is in Fact Arson and by barricading the Officers inside that under the Law is considered Kidnapping because they were held against their will. Just those 2 crimes allows every member of ANTIFA nationwide to be Arrested and immediately forfeit all money they own. Now here’s where RICO gets to be fun. Not only ANTIFA members but their Parents if they live at home, anyone who helps them with a place to stay can also be arrested and charged with those same crimes. Since Money and Properties are immediately forfeited they no longer have the means to hire Lawyers and it’s hard to hire a lawyer without money. Add to that once the Government takes it your odds of it being returned is basically Zero. So while called ANTIFA Terrorists is fine the maximum sentence is about 20 years yet under RICO its a Mandatory 25 to Life. Start calling and emailing your Representatives in Washington as well as your State Governor that ANTIFA must be charged under RICO.
