Only thing the Super Bowl is good for is putting money on a few squares. Then checking the score at the end of each quarter. The rest of the time just hanging with friends!!!

You’re all a little late to the party, but better late than never. I washed my hands of the f-ing NFL during the Krapernick days and I’ve never looked back. Stay away long enough and you’ll wonder how you ever tolerated this crap to begin with. This is not the game I grew up watching. It’s no longer a team sport, but rather a collection of eleven massive showboating egos with highly inflated views of their importance to the world. The “entertainment” chosen for halftime events is a direct reflection of the state of the game itself. Unfortunately, all of this was a conscious decision by the NFL to draw in more “non-football” fans (primarily women) who don’t give a rat’s a** about the game itself, but thrive on all the personal drama and social issues. Like so much else in the entertainment world, it no longer serves as an escape, but rather a reminder of our daily problems. Who the hell needs that?

Boycott would work, but it would have to be significant! Better to write to the NFL’s sponsors and tell them you won’t buy their products as long as they support the NFL.
