US citizens have rights. Illegal aliens do not. Newsflash: Illegal aliens are NOT New Yorkers. They’re citizens of another country and they have no business being here. As such, they’re ripe for deportation. Trump is giving Mamdani enough rope to hang himself.

I fully agree with you, except I don’t share your optimism that things will get better. Here in L.A., it seems that the heat has been turned way down on the illustrious mayor. I guess the liberals have put the wildfires out of their minds and are ready to move on. I wouldn’t be surprised to see this POS get re-elected. If her total incompetency didn’t bring any lasting harm to her position, her communist leanings sure as hell won’t. When it comes to liberals, you can’t fix stupid. I hope I’m wrong, but I haven’t seen anything yet to suggest that the voters are waking up. I suspect that NYC is similarly cursed.
Oh, but we’re not supposed to call them “illegals”. We’re supposed to call them “undocumented immigrants”. Newsflash: they’re not immigrants either. Immigrants do it the right way. They come to a port of entry and go through the entire process of becoming a US citizen.

Trump has the right to refuse federal funding to NYC. This is a blatant violation of federal law and there is precedent that will make this stick.
That’s what needs to be done; withhold federal funding to NYC.
