The problem with these self-proclaimed scholars is that they haven’t got a clue how the real world works and are completely ignorant about human nature. They spend all of their time deep in thought about a world that they’ve created in their head. They actually think that rules and regulations are the answer to EVERYTHING that THEY see as a problem. Simply ban guns and everyone in society – including criminals – will abide by those laws without exception. In their world, it all makes total sense. Of course, the REAL world has no such order – everything is far more chaotic than they can handle. But instead of altering their views to match reality, they double down, insisting that everyone else accept their alternate reality. These individuals should be seen – and treated – as the mentally ill people that they are.
