Rand; the only folks dumb enough to elect Hillary as senator are the NY State voters. That’s why she moved to NY. She burped that she’d create 250,000 jobs in upstate NY. Well, upstate lost about that many jobs during her tenure. Politicians don’t create jobs: Business and industry create jobs. And countless industries have left NY State. Manufacturing is a shell of what it once was in NY State.
