Too Funny!! A guppy is smarter than the Whole CA government. Little tiny fish, Guppy has out smarted the everyone in the CA Government.
When I was growing up we had fish farms to help the fish population. It was a Government program that worked. You go catch some live fish and put them in a controlled area and they make more. It simple if there is a problem. I heard it was the pumps, that hurt the guppy’s 20 years ago. A simple $500 net would keep the guppy’s out of the pumps and fix that.
The guppy is smarter then the CA Government.
