The lying POS woman who filed the false police report should ABSOLUTELY be in prison, and the lazy, arrogant supervisor who gave the green light to arrest this man needs to be fire or, at the very least, forced to repay EVERY DIME that the city will have to pay in the upcoming lawsuit. Taxpayers should be outraged by the incompetence shown in the police department’s handling of this case. The only positive outcome thus far is that the arresting officer is no longer employed by the city.
At some point the officer has to think, this man is a paraplegic, which to anyone with a function brain should say hey, no way he could kick a door in. Really sad
