The reason you see so many black women have been laid off because companies either chose or were forced to hire more black women because they are BLACK WOMEN and not by their merit. My roommate’s son, who is white and had been with NASA for many years. Countless managers and leads go to him for assistance due to his IQ and experience. My roommate’s son was slated for promotion for the same reasons I mentioned. Guess who was hired to become my roommate’s manager? A black woman who had no experience and could not do the job for which she was hired. She constantly goes to my roommate’s son for assistance because she is inept. Not only does the new manager have NO MANAGERIAL EXPERIENCE, but she also needs to constantly ask others what needs to be done to complete certain tasks that are needed for certain missions. Many employees have complained about the mismanagement, but nothing has been done.
