A statute of limitations limits the number of years a criminal case can be brought against a person. I wish people who are constantly complaining about Mrs. Clinton’s crimes would check to see if any of them are time-barred. She’s pushing 80, so I doubt if her criminal acts, if any, can be prosecuted now. Annoying certain kinds of citizens is not a crime. I suppose Mrs. Clinton could sue those who libel her, but she’s probably busy. Maybe her daughter could act for Mrs. Clinton while the Mrs. Clinton herself just relaxes.
