I heard they were trying to buy time to notify his family, so they put out the statement that Charlie was in critical condition. It was later said that he died instantly. Just my opinion on that part of the story.
I’m no expert, but I think we should leave out Erika Kirk completely. She is devastated. She lost her husband. Her whole world is shattered. She is in shock. How can you pin down someone like that for what she said when she is nearly out of her mind? Give her a break, will you? Give her a bottle of wine to drown out her sorrows.
You can use a .30-06 to kill anything from a groundhog to an elephant depending on the size of the bullet. You use a 150 grain for a human and a 180 grain for a deer. I don’t know what the smallest size is.
