I will NEVER fly American Airlines again! The name needs to be changed to unAmerican Airlines! If anyone ever says that they would rather fly an airline that focuses on DEI hiring practices rather than experience and proficiency, you must be delusional! I hope this airline goes bankrupt.
I agree with Mary. It is assumed that everyone knows all these pronouns and when to appropriately use them. It seems to me there is a new one everyday. When someone books a flight I am sure they are not thinking about knowing the right pronouns they will need to use. I hope she sues the airline! This is outrageous the way they treated this woman and child and her mother! Listening to the airline employee it seems she has a personal opinion that she imposed on this woman and her family! I thought we live in a free country, free to fly, freedom of speech, freedom of expression. Wake up America our freedoms are being taken away piece by piece!
