I saw the papers on her desk that you had her get Life insurance and put your names and SS# as her beneficiary. We did look not have life insurance etc previously.
I’m her only daughter and that you would go along with this scheme, and have her pay for life insurance with your names and SS# as beneficiaries?! My mom doesnt know how to print out copies, both Larry and Patti Swan names, Social security numbers, address, etc are printed from a computer. See enclosure.

She said she had to go to independent notary. Its ok i already notified Wells Fargo for records and any future legalities too.

You know her mom, my grandma, did just that to her when she died. She wrote my mom out of the will and left everything to my aunt and uncle. Grandma was starting to lose her mind then also. Ironically, she was a baptized witness prior to dying too. That was really rotten and evil thing for her to do. And now mom is just repeating the same, evil rotten pattern, and Larry and Patty would sign up and go along with this too. They even had her get life insurance, this is their information for her to put on the form.

You know Bill D./my stepdad wanted to put my name on this condo when they both passed away. I declined because its on a reverse mortgage, and i was afraid they would come after me for taxes and other fees that i cannot afford. Well my home was stolen from me/HOA scam, and i dont have anywhere else to live now. Also, im the only one who cooks for us here, now. I live here too.
Even Edna/Bills first wife, and mother of his 3 kids called me 2 months ago. She remembers meeting Larry and wife, at the hospital when Bill was dying. She even said “they have kids” too. They would not do something like that to their kids and not leave them anything or help take care of them when gone?!
