Use a little intelligence and look at the big picture, I don’t believe Putin thinks he can take on the entire Western civilization. The commentator gets a bit exited over fairly standard footage, is interesting that Russia cannot replace their largest bombers. Looks can be deceiving but appears to be some odd events happening, but this whole Ukraine/Russia thing has been rather odd.
